A multi-session program for the Certified Lean Master program will begin on 9/8/2010. This program involves a complete package of education and coaching on the implementation of lean supply chains. You will work to improve one value stream at your organization as part of the program; the result will be quantifiable improvements for your organization and personal recognition as a Certified Lean Master.

The program has three educational sessions of three days each with a four week break between sessions so you can apply the knowledge to your lean initiative and begin seeing immediate results. The sessions are:

Cost

The Certified Lean Master (CLM) Program

CLM is a program from the International Supply Chain Education Alliance (ISCEA). The program is focused on:

1. Creating Lean Supply Chains for Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Service, and Virtual Organizations
2. Developing leadership skills through education, application, and coaching
